Portable noise monitoring set

The portable DSA-50 ZWP used for monitoring the environmental noise consists of the DSA-50 digital sound analyzer that is equipped with the WK-21WP measurement microphone, a tripod with a microphone extension cable as well as high-capacity battery.

Resistance to environmental conditions

The microphone is equipped with the set of specially-designed screens that protect it from the rainfalls. The waterproof carrying case protects the meter and battery. Owing to an additional high-capacity battery, the measurements can be conducted continuously for many days.

Reliability of on-site installation

The use of a light aluminium tripod enables to place the microphone at a height of 1.5 to 4 m. The use of lashings, which are made of strong kevlar strings and are equipped with the anchoring system, ensures stability even in case of strong wind gusts.

Data processing software

The use of the DSA Monitor software attached to the set enables the processing and graphical presentation of measurement data, analysis of time history of measurements and calculations of statistical levels. During environmental noise measurements the current climatic conditions should be taken into account (e.g. the data obtained during heavy rainfalls or high winds should not be taken into consideration).
